When you book our stretch of Oak Creek, we take care of the logistics so your birthday dinner, bachelorette brunch or corporate event can be peaceful, memorable and Earth-friendly.
Visitors come from all over the world to marvel at the Verde Valley’s natural beauty, but finding a place to host a group can be a challenge. When we got married here, we hunted for a rehersal dinner location that was simple, beautiful, ecological and minutes from award-winning vineyards and Sedona hotels. We couldn’t find what we were looking for.
So we created it. And it is meant to be shared.
$500 Site Rental Includes
1 night stay in The Casita for 4 guests (a $250 value)
Minimum 20, Maximum 40 dinner/brunch guests
Seasonal tablescape using our farm flowers, natural linens and bistro lighting (all seating is outdoors)
Parking, can accommodate tour vans
Plates, silver wear, serving platters, glasses: no single-use plastics please!
Use of our outdoor kitchen, including Camp Chef grill and pizza oven
Our chic “Outhouse,” equipped with a compost toilet
Composting and recycling services
5:00PM - 9:00 PM for dinner guests, 10:00 - 2:00 for brunch
Site Rental DOES NOT include food and beverage.
You can bring your own, or hire a chef to cater your meal.
We love spending hours making a meal with the people we love. Maybe you grill a mean burger or have mastered a delicious charcuterie board. Show off your skills! Ask about our artisen pizza package: we prep the dough, you bring the toppings.
